Rahul Dravid is said to have decided against extending his contract as the head coach of the Indian men’s cricket team, bringing an end to his successful tenure at the helm. Close sources have confirmed that Dravid, whose contract concluded after the ODI World Cup, is likely not to continue in the role.

Known for his meticulous approach to the game and mentoring skills, Dravid assumed the role of head coach in September 2021, steering the team through crucial series, including the ICC T20 World Cup.
